In this workshop, we will intersperse working with clay, meditating, reflecting upon, and sharing your experiences with both. This process supports becoming more mindful of and intimate with clay and your inner life. Afterwards, participants will pick up their work, a tangible reminder of the nourishment of both of these teachings.
